American Inn Motel

The outside seems a bit run down but the room was decent inside and clean. I was just there one night for business travel and it was an economical place to stay. I'd probably stay there again. Bonus, it's across the street from Legends Pub and Grill which is a great place to eat.

Very clean place. Located across the street from popular sports bar and grill. Managers are very friendly. I left a pair of pants in my room and the owners had saved it in their lost and found. Since I live 7 hours away, they were willing to ship to me. I will definitely stay here again when I visit. Thank you American Inn.

I am very impressed, I never give the highest starts because there is always room to improve, I will disagree with the man from Amarillo TX, total opposite. great price for the service provided, good COX internet and cable, with so many channels and great channels, including FOX, ESPN and BYUtv. I found out that the owner purchased this Inn 5 yrs and the manager was asked to come to see the remodeling and to manage the Inn, Great JOB, remodeling looks great, I see small details in the room and in the bathroom that make sense. A/C works the way it suppose to, hotels and motels should switch to mini splits. Refrigerator works great and is cold, and yes everything is new and when new, everything is good, for now, Owner and Manager great job and service for a very reasonable price, the best I had since the old days when you could get a room for $29 or even $39 for a single bed. still have a clock and a phone, most new ones, do not. My only suggestion that I know it has to do with cost, is the towels, that is why when driving, I bring my own nice soft towel, and the surface of the shower felt weird when first step in, but I know why you have it this way. See you next May when I will drive from Utah with my family. NO I do not live in UT and yes I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. This is one of the absolute best stays I've ever had, on site managers are incredibly kind caring people, the rooms are kept spotless, the beds sheets are crisp and white, feel clean. I do not have enough good things to say and I travel all over the country staying in hotels!!! I'd stay here over any chain hands down!!!!

I used to be stay at other Motel in Pratt but this time I tried American Inn and it's absolutely wonderful stay I had, Neat & clean Room, Quite place. Convenient parking, Comfortable beds. What else you need in this price. Service is absolutely quick and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I give this hotel a five star rating because it was more than I expected. I'm a pipeliner, and at the end of the day, I'm not too picky. Bed, TV, shower... I expected it to be as small and dank as the last hotel in this price range. I was not expecting a king size bed, and a spacious room. I expected half the size, with few accommodations. I got more than expected. The ice machine even works... Sometimes... All-in-all the two people I've dealt with at the desk are friendly and knowledgeable about the booking and haggling process. I recommend American Inn to any union member construction crews and helpers just starting. You can get a room for yourself and not be distracted by shenanigans... Of roommates.

The manager/owner was great to deal with. The rooms are modern and clean. They have paid attention to details here and the overall cost for the value is great also. I've stayed here twice in the last weeks and I will again in a few days. Keep up the good work.

We travel to New Mexico every summer and usually stay at chain hotels, but that stopped the moment we walked into our room. The staff is so friendly, the rooms were very nice and very clean. I will always stop here on the way to and from New Mexico.

Considering the price this was a decent delivery. No signs of any bugs in the room and quality was aligned with expectations. I would stay again...check-in host was very good. If you're sensitive to sound this may not be preferred due to noise from traffic. Rooms could do with a deep clean, but was acceptable to my standards

Much nicer than most budget motels. It was an excellent room for the price. It appeared to have been remodeled within the last few years but some construction details should not have been overlooked but were. The room had some amenities that are usually only found in much more expensive motels, coffee pot, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. These items are cheap but cheap motels seldom have all of them.
